Silk garment will not lose its quality if you follow Silk Care Instructions:
- Please hand wash or use gentle wash cycle at 30C.
- No spin or tumble dry.
- Use special laundry liquid for silk.
- Please note that silk changes color in direct sunlight.
- Never bleach silk garment.
- Never spray on silk garment perfume or deodorant.

Shipping and Returns
Processing time in stock items will ship in 1-2 working days. For others we need to prepare 3-4 working days.
All our clothes are made to order to avoid generating overstocks. Each piece is carefully hand cut and sewn specially for you.
Standard delivery in 3-7 working days in EU countries, till 14 working days to other countries.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customers.
You can request a return for any item within 14 days from the delivery day. Please enter your email address or phone number and order number to start the return process. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed in a certain amount of days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Also, it must be in the original undamaged “silk&jam” box. We kindly recommend you to unpack and try the item avoiding any contact with water or hand cream, oily textures or any other factors that could cause stains or marks to silk material. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for personalized orders.
