Shipping

  • Standard delivery in 4-10 working days in EU countries, till 21 working days to other countries.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customers.

Returns and Refunds

  • You can request a return or an exchange for any item within 14 days from the delivery day. Please enter your email address or phone number and order number to start the return process. Complete and sign the Returns Form and include it in your return package. You will receive an email confirming your return once we have received your package. If your return is approved the refund usually takes 14 days.
  • Returns that are outside the 14 days time frame may be rejected and customer will be required to pay shipping duties again.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. Also, it must be in the original undamaged “silk&jam” box with original tags attached. We kindly recommend you to unpack and try the item avoiding any contact with water or hand cream, oily textures or any other factors that could cause stains or marks to silk material. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you use the couriers for returning our products. If you decide to return products via postal services, “silk&jam” takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return.

  • Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for personalized orders.
  • Gift cards may not be returned.
